Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Kolsch Ale. This balanced and clean ale yeast is of course great for Altbier and Kölsch production, but also for a wide range of beers including Blond ales, American Wheat, Berliner Weisse, Gose, and anywhere a clean fermentation is desired. Extended chilling or filtration is required to obtain clear beer.
