Our Chardonnay comes from Burgundy, France. The finished wine features big apple and pear flavours. It can be turned into a buttery/creamy Chardonnay if fermented and aged on oak. If made un-oaked, the apple flavours really shine through. We also like to blend it with Sauvignon Blanc, or even with Trebbiano.
2018 Harvest Brix° 22.7

Chardonnay, a smooth and light wine, is believed to have originated in the French region of Burgundy and is planted in more wine regions than any other white grape. These green and tough skinned grapes bud very early on and rapidly lose acidity as soon as they ripen.
Our juices are packaged in a food grade 11.2L (2.9 U.S.gallon) plastic canister that are hermetically sealed. After we harvest, crush and press the grapes, we then Flash Pasteurize the juice and hot fill them, to ensure, a clean, bacteria and yeast free environment.
Each canister weighs approximately 12.8kg (28.2lbs) and comes with one 5g package of our preferred Yeast. Our shelf stable juices will last up to 18 months in their original packaging.
