Anchorman Ale - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Anchorman Ale yeast. This one is quite similar to Cali, it is known for its clean fermentation profile, but it attenuates and flocculates faster than Cali. It's great for Best (err, West) Coast style ales - really brings out those hops!
